John S Lottering Age: 28 What I do every day: At present, I hold the position of property researcher / publications manager. As editor of the Rode publications, my major responsibility is to research and report on the non-residential and residential properly market. Furthermore, I also carry the responsibility of updating and running the econometric models we use to forecast critical property fundamentals. The best part of my daily work is that I still learn something new every day! About me: Apart from doing property economic research, my other passions are family, friends and sports. I am currently also doing my MSc. in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town.
