Rode’s Time Series
Lite database R5 500 + VAT p.a.
Use Rode’s reliable historical data to substantiate your research, strategic decision-making and presentations. This electronic database provides on-line access to more than 850 property-related time series. The time series includes key property time series such as like capitalization, escalation and hurdle rates, residential and non-residential rentals and market values for industrial stands. The data is updated quarterly and covers all major metropolitan areas.
- Rode’s Time Series
Pro database R17 000 + VAT p.a.
This is an extension of Rode’s Time Series Light database and contains close to 4.000 property-related time series – a must for the serious property analyst. The main difference between the Pro and the Light database is that the former contains the disaggregated or nodal data from which a number of time series included in the latter areis calculated. Hence the difference between the two time series boils down to the degree of disaggregation. The data in Rode’s Time Series Pro database is also updated quarterly.
