The Rode’s Retail Report on South Africa Online is available on CD only. It contains analyses and reports on retail property, including shop rentals, operating expenses, and escalation rates for about 100 shopping centres and 120 street-front micro-locations in six metropolitan areas.

This quarterly publication analyses trends and levels of rentals for three shop sizes, as well as operating expenses and escalation rates for shopping centres and street-front (high-street) shops. In addition, retail sales data is presented by magisterial district and by merchandise category.
